Simple Spicy Slaw

Dressing
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons
mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Colman's Whole Grain Mustard
1 Tablespoon chopped
red onion
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 Tablespoon red
hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway
seeds, crushed
1 (2 lb.) head green
cabbage thinly sliced
1 large carrot, coarsely
grated
1/2 cup thinly sliced
red onion

Whisk dressing ingredients together in bottom of large bowl. Add cabbage, carrot and onion; toss well. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
