Creamy Mustard Crab Cocktail

Mustard Cocktail Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh
lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Colman's Prepared Mustard
1/2 teaspoon finely
grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
12 ounces refrigerated
(canned pasteurized or
fresh) lump crabmeat
4 thin wedges lemon

Combine sauce ingredients, stirring well, in small bowl. Divide crab among 4 Martini style glasses or small bowls. Spoon dressing over top; add lemon slice toward side of glass. Note: Chilled cooked shrimp can be substituted.
